FriendsFair GmbH
About us
FriendsFair is building the digital infrastructure for micro-business commerce — a €200B+ fragmented market that has historically been unattractive for digital platforms.
Micro-businesses operate with low volume, high diversity, and multi-offer models (products, services, workshops). Traditional marketplaces like Amazon or Etsy are optimized for standardization, repetition, and scale, which structurally excludes this segment.
Until recently, this was an economic problem:
discovery and matching costs per unique offer were too high.
AI changes this.
For the first time, it becomes viable to match diverse, non-standardized supply with demand — without relying on repetition, ranking, or paid visibility.
FriendsFair is built for this shift:
multi-offer seller profiles
contextual, AI-driven matching
local and diverse supply as a core system design
Early signals:
80K monthly organic views
30K+ listings
200+ transactions
97% seller retention
inbound supply without incentives
A comparable model has already outperformed traditional marketplaces in another geography. We are adapting this system to Europe.
We are not competing with Amazon or Etsy —
we are building for the sellers they cannot serve.
